iWMC Integrated Servo Wheel Module

Four integrated modules optimize the reducer design, featuring low noise and low temperature rise. The optimized installation structure enables faster installation and shortens the overall vehicle assembly time.

iGMK Series Rotary Jacking Module

Directly connected with 400W-750W motors and reducers with speed ratios of 5, 7, 10, 20, 35, 50, 70 and 245, delivering higher transmission efficiency. Featuring higher control accuracy and three times the overload capacity of the whole machine at a lower temperature rise.

iSWV Omni-Directional Steering Wheel Drive and Steering Module

Integrating "locomotion + steering control" in one system, it features omnidirectional movement capability and a lowered chassis height, allowing the equipment to maneuver flexibly in confined spaces.

iSML Integrated Servo Hub Motor

Integrating drive and hub into a single unit, it features a compact structure and highly efficient power transmission, providing a "ready-to-install" power core for various mobile devices.

Embodied Intelligent Robot Solutions

At the Industry Expo, Kinco also highlighted a number of core technologies in the field of robotic motion control. Particularly in the humanoid robot solution zone, the company provided core motion control components for various embodied intelligent robots, including a series of products such as frameless torque motors with RD hollow drives, joint modules, iSWV omnidirectional steering wheel drive and steering modules, and iSML integrated hub motors.

Kinco frameless motors feature a lightweight design with compact dimensions and high efficiency. The potting process effectively reduces joint temperature rise, while low copper loss, low cogging torque and high-consistency manufacturing processes enable humanoid robots to achieve superior motion performance and lower costs. The newly launched FMK Series frameless motors and the matching RD hollow-shaft drivers adopt a “large hollow bore, high torque-to-volume ratio” design, further optimizing axial dimensions to meet customer demands for low temperature rise, low noise and high power density.

Wheeled humanoid robots are emerging as a critical link connecting industrial and service scenarios. Such robots are required to possess both industrial-grade motion precision and load capacity, as well as the flexibility and environmental adaptability demanded by service applications. Kinco’s newly launched iSML integrated servo hub motor and iSWV omnidirectional steering wheel motor, featuring breakthrough integrated design and performance optimization, deliver a complete power solution for wheeled humanoid robots, covering everything from locomotion to manipulation.

Industrial Mobile Handling Robot Solution

In the Industrial Mobile Handling Robot Exhibition Zone, Kinco has launched an "Integrated Servo Wheel" solution in response to the trend toward miniaturization and integration of AGV/AMR. This solution highly integrates the driver, motor, reducer and wheel, saving more than 35% of space and cutting installation time by 50%, while significantly enhancing the stability of the entire vehicle. In addition, products including the rotary lifting servo-reduction integrated machine, embedded human-machine interface and AK8X0 series PLC together form an efficient and compact control solution that can meet diverse application requirements.

Logistics Robotics Solution

 

Kinco provides a full set of servo motion control solutions for shuttle cars, mobile racking systems, spider cranes and conveyor lines in the warehousing and logistics industry, including motion controllers, servo drives, motors, HMIs and other products. Featuring a compact structure, the i-Kinco integrated servo is designed to fit into the limited installation space of narrow vehicle bodies. It reduces cabling and effectively lowers customers’ total cost of ownership (TCO). Adopting innovative motion control algorithms—including shuttle car travel positioning algorithms and spider crane lifting anti-sway algorithms—the solution further improves the operational efficiency of equipment.

In the medical exhibition area, Kinco demonstrated its leading position in the motion control sector for medical imaging equipment. Its servo systems feature high-precision position control, fast response and exceptional stability, and are widely used in MRI, CT, DR and other devices. The company has established in-depth cooperation with medical giants including Siemens Healthineers and United Imaging Healthcare. Kinco has also launched miniaturized, safety-focused servo drives and integrated machines dedicated to medical applications, meeting the special requirements of medical equipment for spatial layout and safety. All products are equipped with the STO function, certified by CE and UL, and support customers’ access to global markets.

General Automation Solutions

 

Kinco has recently launched its new FD5P‑Pro servo drive, which has attracted wide attention for its three core advantages: extreme ease of deployment, precise motion control, and high stability and reliability. The product series features outstanding dynamic response performance, with a position loop frequency of 8 kHz, velocity loop frequency of 16 kHz, and current loop frequency of 16 kHz. It delivers high‑precision control of position, velocity, and torque, supporting a synchronization cycle as fast as 125 microseconds. Equipped with 2 high‑speed probe inputs, the drive enables accurate workpiece identification and positioning compensation. It supports rising‑edge trigger (5 μs response), falling‑edge trigger (30 μs response), and dual‑edge trigger modes.

Equipped with built-in auto-tuning, resonance suppression algorithms and high-speed probing functions, it can significantly enhance equipment processing precision and production efficiency, making it ideal for precision assembly, high-speed packaging and other applications. Paired with Kinco’s latest-generation intelligent servo commissioning software KincoServo Pro, the upgraded hardware and software reshape the core of automation.
