Digital System Operation: We have built an integrated linkage platform connecting the QMS quality traceability system and MES manufacturing execution system, realizing full-process data visualization from customer demands to product delivery. The quality big data analysis module enables real-time monitoring of quality indicators throughout production and after-sales services.
Each product is assigned a unique SN code, linked to production data via MES to deliver full traceability covering material batches, production equipment, operators and testing records. In case of quality abnormalities, problematic processes and affected products can be identified within 30 minutes to initiate rectification promptly, minimizing losses for customers.

Product Reliability: All-round protection from materials to structure
Only top-tier brands such as TI and Infineon are selected for core components. Optimized for diverse application scenarios, products reach IP67 protection grade for enhanced environmental adaptability. We have built an internationally certified comprehensive laboratory for extreme condition testing: Environmental Reliability Lab: Simulates extreme environments including an altitude of 5,000 meters and temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 85℃; EMC Lab: Completes 16 electromagnetic compatibility tests to ensure stable operation under strong electromagnetic interference; Mechanical Performance Lab: Validates durability via 1 million touch tests on HMI screens and 5 million start-stop cycles for servo motors.

We establish a full lifecycle system covering pre-sales selection, in-sales commissioning and after-sales response. We offer customized pre-sales recommendations, professional on-site commissioning during delivery, and a 2-hour rapid after-sales response via the 400 hotline and multiple channels. Data is tracked through the QMS system to deliver predictive maintenance suggestions and prevent potential failures in advance.
