维修注意事项

  • 1.

    In order to ensure the timeliness of product maintenance, please make sure to fill in all the information for maintenance applications accurately. Any errors may affect the maintenance progress.

  • 2.

    After filling out the maintenance application, please record the relevant product information and place it in the packing box. Then send it together with the goods to the Kinco Maintenance Center.

  • 3.

    Please choose a courier or logistics service that can deliver to the Kinco Maintenance Center (cash on delivery is not accepted) to avoid affecting the maintenance progress.

  • 4.

    After sending the item for repair, please keep track of the progress in a timely manner. If you have any questions, please contact the recipient at the Kinco Maintenance Center.

  • 5.

    During the product repair process, the program or parameters may be cleared. Please back up the program or parameters before sending the product for repair to avoid unnecessary losses.
