Based on the i-Kinco integrated technology platform, and through flexible combination of motors, drives, encoders, reducers and other core components, Kinco has introduced solution-oriented products including integrated servo wheels, hub-integrated units, rotary lift modules and steering wheel modules, covering full-scenario applications across all types of robots such as latent AMRs, unmanned forklifts, service robots, collaborative robots, and industrial 4/6-axis robots.

Full-Scenario Logistics Solutions

Kinco provides power solutions for box-type AS/RS equipment such as shuttle cars, conveyor lines, flying box robots and 3D robots. It offers full-servo solutions for logistics conveyor lines and lift & transfer cars. By adopting low-voltage DC servo integrated units, servo rollers and other products to replace traditional AC asynchronous motors, energy consumption is reduced while reliability and safety are enhanced.

Kinco continues to innovate through deep industry engagement to meet the requirements of -25°C low-temperature cold storage environments for shuttle AS/RS applications. The i-Kinco series delivers more compact and highly integrated solutions.

Kinco advocates an integrated full-servo solution with cabinet-free on-site installation, which is more compact and safer. The full-servo logistics conveyor line solution improves system operating efficiency and reduces overall energy consumption.

Multiple Product Certifications Empower Global Customers' Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade

Global Quality Certification，Kinco’s multi-series products comply with various international product certifications. For instance, the 5th-generation low-voltage servo FD1X5 series and FUTURE series 2nd-generation HMI have obtained UL & CE certifications across the entire range.

The iWMC integrated servo wheel and iSMK integrated low-voltage servo support overseas market access certifications including CE, UL, STO, and dual-encoder certifications, delivering robust power for global customers’ equipment.
