Kinco Chengdu “Phase II & III R&D and Marketing Center” Grand Foundation Laying Ceremony
On February 27, 2025, Kinco held the grand foundation-laying ceremony for the Phase II Office Building of Chengdu R&D and Marketing Center and the Phase III Office Building of Chengdu R&D Center beside Donglin Art Village, Pidu District, Chengdu. The foundation-laying of this project marks a crucial step for Youking in its deep cultivation and expansion in the field of core robotic components and intelligent manufacturing, as well as its regional layout. It injects strong impetus into the company’s long-term development and lays a solid foundation for building a world-class R&D center for core robotic components.
As a leading domestic supplier of motion control and human-machine interaction components for robots and intelligent equipment, Kinco has always regarded R&D innovation and market expansion as the core driving forces for its development.
The groundbreaking projects for the Chengdu R&D and Marketing Center Office Building (Phase II) and the Chengdu R&D Center Office Building (Phase III) represent key initiatives launched by the company in line with its strategic planning, as well as its full consideration of the industrial resources and talent advantages in the Chengdu region.
Upon completion, the project will greatly integrate and strengthen Kinco’s R&D resources, further enhance its research and development capabilities, and accelerate technological breakthroughs in core businesses such as core components for robot motion control and industrial automation.Meanwhile, the Company’s marketing and service capabilities will be comprehensively improved, helping Kinco maintain its competitive edge in the fierce market competition.
The Phase II and III Construction Project of Chengdu R&D and Marketing Center, together with Phase I of Kinco Chengdu R&D and Marketing Center, is located beside the beautiful Donglin Art Village in Pidu District, Chengdu. The Phase II and III project covers a land area of approximately 4.12 mu, with a planned construction area of about 5,800 square meters for office and supporting facilities.
The overall design theme of the project is “Boat Space”, with the concept of “Above the Rice Fields, A Window to the Future”.Through design techniques such as cascading terraced spaces and horizontal lines, the project aims to build the “Kinco Flagship”, which not only highlights the company’s spirit of innovation but also embodies the meaning of “riding the wind and waves”, symbolizing the continuous upgrading of Kinco’s innovative strength.
Chengdu has long been an important strategic location for Kinco. Since the completion and launch of Phase I of Kinco's Chengdu R&D and Marketing Center, the company has truly benefited from the development opportunities brought by the city’s abundant talent resources, sound research and development environment, and strong government support.
