Bipedal Humanoid Robot | Joint Motor

Kinco is one of the first domestic enterprises engaged in the R&D of frameless motors. Its frameless torque motors have become core products. As an early entrant that pioneered and led the localized R&D and manufacturing of frameless torque motors in China, the company maintains an industry-leading position, with cumulative shipments exceeding 100,000 units.

Kinco's frameless torque motors are widely applied in the fields of collaborative robots and embodied intelligent robots. Through continuous optimization of its electromagnetic design, Kinco’s frameless torque motors have achieved world-class performance in power density, cogging torque, and temperature rise control. These advancements have significantly enhanced the torque density of joint modules, reduced torque ripple, and enabled a more compact design. As a result, the axial length of joint modules has been effectively shortened, and their overall weight has been reduced.

For humanoid robots, Kinco further provides a full range of frameless hollow torque motors tailored to the requirements of different joints. These motors cover an outer diameter range from 50mm to 160mm and deliver a torque output of 0.11–9.2 N·m, satisfying diverse application scenarios including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, neck and waist joints.

Wheeled Humanoid Robot | Omnidirectional Steering Wheel Module Solution

From the perspective of integrated design, Kinco has launched the i-Kinco series omnidirectional steering wheel module solution for wheeled humanoid robots.

Kinco has developed an omnidirectional steering wheel module that integrates a high-precision steering motor and an integrated travel servo hub. This design significantly reduces the module’s profile, minimizes its turning radius, and enhances space utilization for the entire wheeled humanoid chassis. Based on this module, Kinco has constructed wheeled humanoid omnidirectional mobile chassis with configurations including four-wheel steering and four-wheel drive, as well as three-wheel steering and three-wheel drive. These chassis adapt to diverse working environments, offering greater flexibility and agility to navigate narrow and complex routes.

This steering wheel module delivers exceptional low-speed stability, significantly reducing jitter and jerky motion during steering and travel. Boasting high output torque, it easily adapts to heavy-load operating conditions. The travel wheels, as consumable components, allow for convenient replacement. Meanwhile, the highly rigid module structure effectively minimizes the impact of external shocks on motion accuracy, providing robots with more reliable and precise motion control performance.
