On April 27, 2025, Kinco successfully held its South China Regional Distributor Conference in Shenzhen. Under the theme of "Standing Hand in Hand to Open a New Chapter, Embarking on a New Era of Growth Together", the conference brought together more than 100 core distributor representatives from CooKie’s South China region. Comprising four key sessions—strategic release, product introduction and exhibition, market strategy discussion, and partnership empowerment—the conference fully demonstrated CooKie’s innovation strength and development blueprint in the fields of core components for robot motion control and industrial automation.

The conference kicked off with a keynote speech titled Introduction to Kinco Strategy delivered by Mr. Tang Dong, Chairman and General Manager of Kinco. In the speech, he conducted an in-depth analysis of Kinco’s strategic layout and outlined the company’s vision for future development.

In terms of its strategic layout, Kinco has clarified its strategic direction and revitalized organizational vitality. With robotic core components and intelligent manufacturing as its focus, the company centers on the "1" of robotic core components while expanding into multiple strategic "N" industries including logistics, packaging and medical care, forming a unique "1+N" strategic layout. In the next decade, Kinco will rely on innovative technologies and high-quality products to lead the development trend of robotics and intelligent manufacturing, and grow into a global leader in motion control and human-machine interaction core components for robots and intelligent equipment.

At the meeting, Mr. Tang Dong also gave a detailed introduction to the attending partners on i-Kinco, the latest integrated technology concept proposed by Kinco. Since Kinco innovatively put forward the i-Kinco integrated technology concept in 2024, the company has regarded it as a key driving force for its own development and industry transformation. The concept has been deeply and comprehensively integrated into its "1+N" strategic layout. Its products and solutions have achieved in-depth empowerment in multiple sectors, helping the industry reduce costs, improve efficiency, address core pain points, and advance intelligent upgrading. Liu Yanqing, N Industry Marketing Manager of Kinco, delivered an in-depth interpretation of Kinco’s N Industry Solutions to the attending distributors, elaborating on the company’s development strategies and innovative achievements in logistics, packaging, medical care and other sectors.

During the product presentation session, Kinco comprehensively showcased its extensive and technologically advanced full range of automation product lines.

General Manager of Kinco’s HMI & PLC Product Line, Product Manager of the Servo Product Line, and Product Director of the Inverter Product Line delivered thorough and detailed introductions to Kinco’s HMI & PLC products, general servo products, and inverter products respectively.

Finally, Liang Jun, President of Kinco’s Product Lines, provided a detailed and in-depth overview of Kinco’s future product roadmap as well as its cutting-edge pre-research products in forward-looking technical fields.

Xu Yangyang, General Manager of Domestic Sales at Kinco, shared insights on Key Account Collaboration. The presentation also covered the continuous optimization of workflow and service quality within the key account service team, aiming to achieve a winwin development scenario.

Mi Na, Channel Director, delivered a sharing session themed “Driven by a Standardized System for Efficient Growth”. She elaborated on Kinco’s well-established standardized system, which empowers partners to achieve all-round breakthroughs and jointly build a healthy and sustainable industrial ecosystem.

The final award ceremony brought the event to a climax. Kinco honored distributors with outstanding performance in South China over the past year, expressing gratitude for their remarkable contributions to the company’s market expansion. These award-winning distributors excelled in sales performance, market development, customer service and other areas. Their successful experiences also serve as valuable references and role models for other distributors.
