Shuttle Cars
Kinco provides complete solutions for multi-tier and four-directional shuttle cars, including the new flat-panel AK810 controller based on the CODESYS platform, whose low-profile structure fits the limited installation space of shuttles.Integrated drive motors are available from 200W to 1KW for space-saving installation.
The servo system supports operation at -25°C, making it suitable for cold storage environments.Easy-to-use positioning algorithms ensure smooth start-stop and accurate positioning for multi-tier shuttles.Products are fully certified with CE, UL and STO.



For case handling and conveying systems, Kinco also launched its new i-series product — the iBLG case shuttle fork integrated machine, equipped with a high-precision 14-bit magnetic encoder with 16384 single-turn resolution and absolute position retention after power failure.It delivers strong environmental adaptability, stable performance under extreme temperature and humidity, and zero error in repeat positioning.
Flying Case Robots
To meet the high-dynamic, high-precision motion requirements of flying case robots in warehousing and logistics, Kinco’s full servo system adopts an integrated bus-based motion controller plus integrated drive module solution.It ensures compactness, response speed and reliability, while supporting multi-axis virtual master synchronization for precise matching with high-speed flying case conveying systems.
Kinco provides integrated motion controller and servo reducer module solutions for 5–20 meter flying case robots, with AK series bus controllers enabling precise multi-axis synchronization for travel, lifting and other stations.The integrated travel servo wheel design and case telescopic fork module enable easy installation, space saving and convenient wiring, with STO function and compliance with CE and UL certifications.
