In March, Kinco made a high-profile appearance with its cutting-edge technologies and products at two premier international intralogistics events: LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart, Germany (March 11–13) and ProMAT 2025 in Chicago, the United States (March 17–20). The company showcased Kinco’s outstanding strength under the theme “Ultimate Integration, All in i-Kinco” to the global robotics and logistics industry, earning high recognition from overseas customers.

At the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre in Germany and McCormick Place in Chicago, Bukisoft stood out as a highlight of the exhibitions with its integrated, energy-efficient, full-scenario and multi-certified solutions. Overseas customers highly praised the innovation and reliability of Bukisoft’s products.

“Ultimate Integration, All in i-Kinco”
Guided by its i-Kinco technological philosophy, Kinco launched a variety of new products in 2024. Outstanding representatives of the company’s i-Series include the iWMC series integrated servo wheels and the iSMK series integrated low-voltage servos. These products boast high integration, compact size, space-saving advantages and easy installation and maintenance, making them highly popular among overseas customers. They received unanimous praise and recognition from overseas clients right after their debut at exhibitions.
At the ProMAT Show held in Chicago, USA, the iWMC series integrated servo wheels won the 2025 Best New Innovation Award selected by the organizer with their absolute product strength, and received special recommendation at the exhibition site.
Logistics Industry Solutions | Full-Servo & Full-Scenario Applications for Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
At the exhibition site, Kinco also showcased a series of logistics industry solutions. As a leader in full-servo logistics conveyor line solutions, Kinco’s full-servo integrated machine replaces the traditional AC asynchronous motor scheme, improving system response speed and positioning accuracy. The MTPA motor control strategy reduces copper loss, enhances motor efficiency, lowers temperature rise and system energy consumption, achieving a remarkable power saving effect of up to 51% and cutting down end-user operating costs.
Kinco also provides power solutions for case-type AS/RS equipment such as shuttle cars, flying case robots and 3D robots. Its new positioning algorithm solves the positioning challenges of case-handling shuttle cars, shortening positioning time and improving handling efficiency. The innovative adoption of an 80-flange 1.5KW high-power motor lowers the chassis height of four-directional shuttle cars, making them compatible with standard pallet heights.
Global Certified Product Matrix
In overseas markets, product certification has always been a core concern for customers. To address this, Bukao has built a comprehensive and extensive product certification matrix. The full range of Kinco’s 5th-generation low-voltage servo FD1X5 series and the second-generation HMI of the FUTURE series have obtained UL and CE certifications. In addition, the core power components of Kinco’s robots are equipped with all necessary certifications for overseas markets, including CE, UL, STO and dual-encoder certifications. These certifications serve as globally recognized "quality business cards", providing a solid guarantee for Kinco’s products to gain smooth access to the global market.
