On January 9, 2026, Changzhou Buke successfully held its 2025 Core Suppliers Conference under the theme 'Hello Partners,' bringing together core suppliers from across the country to discuss the collaborative development path of 'making value flow like water, seamlessly reaching customers.'

Integrated Supply Chain General Manager | Ghana Qingda
Ghana Qingda, General Manager of Integrated Supply Chain, highlighted remarkable performance: From January to September 2025, the company achieved revenue of 509 million yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 28.35%. He advocated for collaboration with value alliances to jointly build a "flowing-water" future—where "the highest virtue is like water, which benefits all things without contention." Buke's supply chain operates like water: naturally flowing toward balance; seamlessly connected with adaptable forms; continuously evolving with latent potential; supremely flexible yet resilient, penetrating all barriers; crystal-clear reflecting every detail; interconnected systems where a single drop embodies the whole. The company is committed to building a customer-centric supply chain system with optimal total cost of ownership (TCO) and rapid agile responsiveness.

Centering on this core concept, he proposed three major implementation directions:
First, promote the transformation of supply chains from the 'reservoir model' to the 'living water model' by breaking down information barriers through demand transparency and two-way collaboration.
Secondly, expand the "river channel" through flexible production capacity layout, forward quality control, and joint R&D.
Third, by focusing on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), we replace the traditional single-price comparison logic. Working with upstream and downstream partners to build an agile, transparent, win-win, and sustainable community of shared destiny, we enable value to flow seamlessly to our shared customers like water.
Subsequently, the heads of strategic procurement, R&D, quality, and manufacturing shared their insights in sequence, clarifying procurement sourcing, product technical roadmap, quality requirements, and delivery targets. This approach solidifies the 'value river' through agile responsiveness and quality control.

Six major awards were presented on-site, with 16 enterprises receiving honors including Excellence in Quality Award and Outstanding Delivery Award. The Buko management team and senior supplier representatives engaged in an innovative open discussion session, where participants engaged in lively and constructive exchanges on market trends, collaboration challenges, technological directions, and value propositions. Following the awards ceremony, suppliers were invited to tour the new factory to gain firsthand experience of its production capabilities.
The thank-you banquet was held at Changzhou R&F Sheraton Hotel that evening, where both suppliers and buyers gathered to strengthen friendships and discuss collaborative development opportunities.
Adhering to the philosophy of 'openness, pragmatism, simplicity, and heartfelt engagement,' this conference directly addresses pain points without resorting to formalism. It employs the 'flow of water' concept to integrate the entire collaboration process, laying a solid foundation for building a high-quality supply chain ecosystem.
