Following the successful South China Regional Distributor Conference, on May 26, 2025, Kinco grandly held the East China & North China Distributor Conference in Changzhou, China.Distributor representatives from East China and North China gathered together to conduct in-depth exchanges on Kinco’s 2025 strategic upgrading, products and industry solutions, technological innovation achievements, and jointly discussed the cutting-edge trends of core robot components and industrial automation.

The conference grandly opened with a strategic presentation delivered by Tang Dong, Chairman and General Manager of Kinco. In terms of strategic layout, Kinco defined its core strategic direction with a forward-looking vision, reshaped development vitality through organizational structure reform, and firmly focused on the two major sectors: core robotic components and intelligent manufacturing.

Since Kinco proposed the i-Kinco integrated technology concept in 2024, it has been deeply and comprehensively integrated into the "1+N" strategic layout. This has helped industries reduce costs, improve efficiency, address core pain points, promoted intelligent upgrading, and brought breakthrough transformations to robotics and the related industries.

At the conference, Wang Yangyang, Robotics Industry Solution Manager, and Liu Yanqing, N-Industry Marketing Manager, delivered in-depth interpretations of the layout and implementation achievements of the "1+N" strategy. Particularly in the application of the i-Kinco product series, dual breakthroughs in technical integration and scenario adaptation demonstrated the innovative value of deep integration with industry solutions. The leap from individual components to system-level solutions has been achieved, providing a new path for the intelligent upgrading of robotics and the N-industries.

During the product presentation session, Liang Jun, President of Kinco Product Line, together with the principals of various business divisions, gave detailed introductions and future development plans for the three core product lines: HMI & PLC, Servo Drives & Motors, and Inverters. This fully demonstrated Kinco’s technological accumulation and innovative strength in the field of industrial automation.
Win-Win Cooperation for Efficient New Growth
In the market empowerment session, Song Zhihai, General Manager of Marketing and Solutions, Xu Yangyang, General Manager of Domestic Sales, and Mi Na, Channel Director, delivered presentations from three perspectives: market promotion, key account collaboration, and channel support. They established a full-cycle growth system of Strategy Guidance – Sales Collaboration – Ecosystem Co-construction for distributors, empowering partners to achieve efficient growth.

Kinco Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou.Since the planning and construction of the base began in 2023, after more than one year of development, its Phase I project was officially put into preliminary use this May. As a core strategic pillar for Kinco’s layout in intelligent manufacturing, we shared this achievement with our partners at the earliest opportunity.
In the final session, Kinco led its partners on an on-site visit to the intelligent production processes and the application of innovative technologies at the Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base.They experienced the automated production lines, intelligent warehousing system, and advanced digital management platform, gaining a deeper understanding of the "hard-core" strength of Kinco’s new intelligent manufacturing base.
The successful convening of this conference signifies that Kinco’s strategic expansion in East China and North China has entered a new phase.
