On April 27, 2025, Kinco successfully held its South China Regional Distributor Conference in Shenzhen. Under the theme “Standing Together to Open a New Chapter, Embarking on a New Era of Growth”, the conference brought together over 100 key distributor representatives from Kinco’s South China region. Through four major segments—strategic announcements, product introductions and exhibitions, market strategy discussions, and partnership empowerment—the conference fully demonstrated Kinco’s innovative strength and development blueprint in core components for robotic motion control and industrial automation.

The conference kicked off with a keynote speech titled Introduction to Kinco Strategy delivered by Mr. Tang Dong, Chairman and General Manager of Kinco Automation, in which he conducted an in-depth analysis of Kinco’s strategic layout and outlined the company’s development vision.

In terms of its strategic layout, Kinco has clarified its strategic direction and revitalized organizational vitality. Focusing on robotic core components and intelligent manufacturing, the company has adopted a distinctive “1+N” layout: centering on the “1” of robotic core components, it has further expanded into multiple strategic “N” industries including logistics, packaging and medical care. In the next decade, Kinco will lead the development trend of robotics and intelligent manufacturing with innovative technologies and high-quality products, aiming to become a global leader in motion control and human-machine interaction core components for robots and intelligent equipment.
At the conference, Mr. Tang Dong also gave a detailed introduction to Kinco’s newly proposed i-Kinco integrated technology concept to the partners in attendance. Since Kinco innovatively put forward the i-Kinco integrated technology concept in 2024, it has regarded it as a key driving force for corporate development and industry transformation, and has deeply and comprehensively integrated it into the “1+N” strategic layout.
Its products and solutions have achieved in-depth empowerment in many fields, helping industries reduce costs and improve efficiency, address core pain points, promote intelligent upgrading, and bring breakthrough transformations to the robotics industry and the “N” industries.

Finally, Liang Jun, President of Kinco’s Product Lines, provided a detailed and in-depth overview of Kinco’s future product roadmap as well as its cutting-edge pre-research products in forward-looking technical fields.

She elaborated on Kinco’s well-established standardized system, which empowers partners to achieve all-round breakthroughs and jointly build a healthy and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
